New Castle Sailing Club & Rehoboth Beach Sailing Association:
While learning to sail at NCSC they will also teach you how to safely navigate Delaware’s unique waters and tides. Once you become a member you can take a boat out at any time. RBSA, located in Dewey on the Rehoboth Bay is one of the few places left that you can rent a boat for a day or take lessons as a non-member.
